FRACTIONAL SECURITY LEADERSHIP · ACCOUNTABILITY

The work needs an owner.

Fractional Security Leadership gives organizations a defined executive-level approach to physical-security strategy, governance, coordination, reporting, and follow-through without immediately hiring a full-time security executive.

Fortivus is accepting inquiries and scoping conversations for Fractional Security Leadership engagements. Commencement remains subject to final scope, contract, insurance, and applicable regulatory requirements.

THE GAP

Plans do not execute themselves.

Security priorities can sit between executives, facilities, HR, IT, operations, vendors, and a board. Everyone may care, yet no one has the time or delegated authority to keep decisions visible and work moving.

Fortivus can scope a bounded leadership engagement with a reporting cadence, clear ownership, and honest escalation.

THE ROLE

A recurring cadence for decisions and execution.

A defined scope can support security strategy, executive risk reporting, action tracking, project and vendor coordination, budget sequencing, policy oversight, and leadership meetings. The client retains final decisions and operational authority.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What a first conversation can establish.

How is this different from hiring a guard company?

The role focuses on executive-level governance and follow-through. It does not provide guards, patrol, monitoring, dispatch, or emergency response.

Can Fortivus direct our employees or vendors?

Only within lawful authority expressly delegated in an agreement. The organization retains its governing and employer responsibilities.

What does an engagement discussion establish?

The executive sponsor, authority boundary, priorities, reporting cadence, included time, and specialist needs.
